As you might know, I love cake. Especially wedding cake. Most cakes just have two layers of goodness beneath the frosting, but wedding cakes usually have three. I don't know what the significance of three layers is, but whenever I see multiples of 3 I always like to think they represent the past, the present, and the future. There's nothing quite as impressive and mouth-watering as a three tiered wedding cake with three layers in each tier.
If you want three tiers of cakey goodness without having to learn about fondant rolling and cake supports, you can use this pan.
The pan makes four mini wedding cakes, but it doesn't say how much batter each mold can hold. Regardless, I want one! It would be so much fun to decorate these little cakes. I'd do each each with a different theme.
Have a great weekend!
